Easy Recipe: Udon Stirfry

I went to the Real Canadian Superstore at Metrotown in Burnaby to pick up some extra groceries for the week and discovered the President's Choice (PC) Superstore brand Honey Hoison Stirfry Sauce for $1.98 in the Asisan food section.  Such a great deal for a nice sauce to add flavour to my stirfrys.  Here's what I did with it.

1/4 lb of ground pork
2 carrots - sliced
1/2 red bell pepper - sliced in strips
3 crimini mushrooms - sliced
1/2 pkg of snow peas
1 small onion - thinly sliced
2 broccoli florets - chopped in pieces

Stirfry the ground pork in the wok.  Add the onion til brown.  Add some of the hoison sauce.  Then add the vegetables in order of how long they will take to cook.  I added in the following order:  carrots, red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms and snow peas.  Add more sauce and simmer.
In a small frying pan cook udon in water so they are ready to throw in the stirfry and not overcook the veggies.  Add more sauce as necessary.  Now here's one dish that's colourful and appetizing.
